This country has so much beauty!

A close friend of mine recently spent 3 months travelling around Europe. Another one got through a significant amount of his savings vacationing first in Amsterdam, and then in London. So many of us have a bucket-list of places, of countries we want to visit and wanderlust we want to experience. Except we forget that India itself is full of bucket-list worthy destinations, of views that will leave you stunned in the best possible way. We get so caught up in travelling abroad, that we forget to explore our own country first.

When it comes to a casual, not-so-romantic date or just a way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon on the couch, nothing beats a good, wholesome animated movie. We love them because they make us feel warm and fuzzy, and remind us of old, childhood memories. And they help us take a break from being an adult all the time.

13 Photos That Prove No One Should Live In Mumbai. EVER.

Mumbai meri jaan? Ewwwww.

I've been living in Mumbai for 7 years. And it's not been an easy 7 years. It's mostly been me getting lost in local trains and struggling to get myself heard in crowds. It's also been me finding myself, falling in love with the life around me, and discovering that maybe, just maybe, this city is more than too much pollution and too many people. They're everything weddings are supposed to be, and honestly - they make me want to have one even though I'M NO WHERE CLOSE TO READY. AT ALL.

C.Churchill's poetry is not for everyone. First up, it's brutally honest. She doesn't hide or cower behind her words. Her feelings are loud and she says them like she means it. Secondly, they are superbly powerful. And they're not just for women. Her love poems can hit you right in the feels, even with your guard up.

I always thought redecoration was an elaborate process. That making your room look better would involve tonnes of research and money. But then I discovered lighting - not those normal LED lights and tube lights. I'm talking about economical, beautiful lights that if used the right way, can change everything. And honestly, I never looked back since then.

I always thought weddings made for exhausting evenings of fake-smiling in uncomfortable clothes. Or at least that's what I learned from well...every romantic comedy EVER. But then the internet proved me wrong. Of course, I haven't gotten married yet, but I'm guessing that it's not all fake smiles. That the hopeless, romantic part of romantic-comedies...well that's true. Of course, I also learned that almost everything's better in black and white. Even true love.

Remember that old joke we used to all crack? The one about it snowing in the Sahara? Well, guess what guys, IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!! After the Niagara Falls froze earlier this month, I realised that winter basically makes EVERYTHING beautiful. I mean, I mostly realised after I came across the photos of snowfall in the Sahara desert, proof that nature can surprise us in the best ways. Also, fun fact - this is only the third time in 40 years that its snowed in the Sahara. Honestly, it should happen more often.
