Ingredients1 tbsp oil 1 tsp chopped garlic 200 g chopped chicken 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tbsp schwezwan sauce Salt to taste1 tbsp butter1 chapati 2 eggs 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 chopped onion 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Preparation1. Heat oil in a pan and then cook the garlic in it2. Add chicken and cook till it turns color 3. Pour in the soya sauce and mix well4. Add schwezwan sauce, salt to taste and mix5. In a separate pan, heat butter till it melts and cook a chapati in it6. Break two whisked eggs on the chapati and fry till fully cooked 7. Spread mayonnaise on top and then add the cooked chicken8. Sprinkle the chopped onions and spring onions on top9. Fold and roll the chapati with the stuffing inside10. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
